Melody joined Li Po Chun United World College as Admissions Director in 2019, working closely with National Committees and UWCHK in the selection of students to LPCUWC and other UWCs. 

 

Before joining the UWC movement, Melody worked with multinational organizations including Disney, Nestle and the Van Gogh Museum Amsterdam in the scope of marketing and business development. She discovered her passion for education after receiving her M.S.Ed. in Child and Developmental Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, during which she also served as a teaching assistant at a kindergarten. Melody was one of the lead interviewers at InitialView, where she conducted over 130 interviews for applicants applying for US boarding schools, colleges, and graduate schools. She also worked as an education consultant and mentored students on all aspects of their boarding school and university applications.
